Any activity deemed disruptive or unauthorized, including extraction of participant data for solicitation, is strictly prohibited.
02. Registration and Cancellation Policy
Attendance is confirmed only upon full settlement of registration fees. Cancellations initiated more than 60 days before the event qualify for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference are non-refundable, although delegate substitutions may be processed in writing until one week before the opening session.
03. Privacy Policy Integration
Protective handling of participant data is a core priority. Our separate Privacy Policy is integrated into this agreement by reference, detailing the protocols for data collection, storage, and utilization for event logistics, security, and professional communication.

GENERAL TERMS OF USE

CONFERENCE TICKETING & CANCELLATION
Registration for Feed & Foresight 2026 is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Tickets are issued digitally and are associated with a single attendee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee. A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the event start date. For cancellations submitted between 89 and 60 days before the event, a 50% refund applies. No refunds will be processed for any cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the conference.

Ticket Purchase & Cancellation
Tickets for Feed & Foresight 2026 are available for purchase exclusively through our authorized digital registration platform. All registration fees are quoted in EUR and are inclusive of standard administrative overheads; however, relevant taxes and processing fees may be finalized at the point of sale according to the participant's jurisdiction. Each registration is individual-specific and is not transferable to other parties without prior written authorization.
Our cancellation policy is structured to balance attendee flexibility with the significant logistical commitments inherent in organizing an international industry summit. Cancellation requests received on or before March 1, 2026, will be eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund of the registration fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be issued after this date, as venue and catering contracts are finalized based on confirmed counts.
In the event of postponement or cancellation of the conference due to force majeure, all registered delegates will be provided with the option to migrate their credentials to the rescheduled dates or receive a full refund. Feed & Foresight 2026 accepts no liability for consequential losses, including travel or accommodation expenses. Participants must comply with all venue safety protocols.
